After two years of working with Bloomberg on their sustainability print report and website, they were looking to shift their approach to include all reporting content on a website, instead of just a handful of highlights. The smaller collection of highlights would now live as the print version. Given the significant increase in content, we created an organizational strategy to make sure all of the information could be easily presented and consumed. The shift in focus to the website allowed for the data-rich stories to be told through animation and interactive graphics. A custom content management system allowed for the client team to make updates on the companies achievements as they occurred, instead of waiting for the end of the reporting year.








Process and Responsibilities 


  • Developed and pitched strategy to client team

  • Lead designer working with web developers, Bloomberg’s creative team, and content developers

  • Created sitemaps, storyboards, wireframes, specification documents and production ready art

  • Designed printed book and variety of downloadable highlight sheets to accompany website

  • Developed data visualization style and directed team of designers to create over thirty animated and interactive graphics
