NYU Langone Health was looking for a digital solution to replace the two full walls of printed regulatory documents that are required to display throughout their facilities. We created an interactive experience to make the information more accessible to patients, while occupying less wall space. Testing showed more patients actually read the information and the hospital started implementing the system throughout all of their facilities. Regulatory updates could now be pushed across the hospital system much more easily than printing and posting paper sheets. At Two Twelve, I helped educate other design teams about this system so they could and design similar solutions for other clients.






Process and Responsibilities


  • Created interface navigation system to allow for discovery of all content and adjustments to text size and language

  • Determined layout system for all content

  • Ensured system could support frequent updates to content, the addition of new notices, and support new languages

  • Complied with Department of Health regulations
